I wish the ranger had a 15k armor set like this... maybe gw2 since gw is done with additions... I saw this on CNBC.com and thought thats so0o ranger!

personally i don't disagree with you Fangclaw on the subject of children I am a mother, however... there are armors just as 'slutty' as it was put. but that just depends on how a person raises their child. im not saying show them porn. but they shouldnt be blind to reality either.

the suit was just an idea - not meant to be slutty. i feel the female ranger lacks alot of female qualities in the outfits - and looks more like the male outfits cropped. (not including the grotto 15k from proph.) the post was in no way to offend anyone. just a pillar to an idea.

one persons perception of something is what they believe to be real, not everyone perceives the same.

slutty (apparently what some see) vs. jungle wild look (what i see)

i agree covah though the legs would be closer looking (to me) a female warriors Elite Gladiator leggings.

No offense, but the problem with most female armor suits in GW is the lack of reality. Let me explain... Would you trek through the mountains with that suit on?

On another note, if the female rangers armor sets dont have any feminine characteristics its because Anet did their job and didnt make them like Female Eles (G-strings). Rangers are the masters or the wild, lurking around, and they are pros of survival. I think thats the reason why they made some female armor sets more credible. To fit with the profession.

and I still think its no for that armor up there...

As far as this armor goes, looking at the feathers (took me three tries to move my eyes to the feathers, so those of you right now thinking "What feathers?" just keep trying) It would be nice to have a piece of armor that matches your pet in some way.

There are armors that have fur on them, kinda match the wolves, but eh.

I don't have any female characters so I could careless about their armor, great post though OP

thank you Orange Milk, thats along the lines I was getting at it was away from the fur and far more feminine then most ranger outfits - matching your pet is an excellent idea.

Fangclaw - I am in no way trying to argue with you or sway your decision. However I question the contradiction you have spoken.

I (as others would too) agree in REALITY the ranger would not wear this. but as you said before it is a RPG. The game is quite unrealistic, if we were to thrive on reality here for a second... the monster mobs, the magic glow in attacks and such, and many many other aspects would not be in game if it were REALISTIC. but its FANSTASY. That includes the elementalist females outfits and power. no one runs round in those skimpy outfits making the sky rain fire..

not trying to upset anyone but do you get my point? the game in no way is realistic. if we eliminate fantasy - we'd have unhappy gamers -- specially mesmers and eles. who now can only pick up rocks and stick and toss them due to a demand to be real. Sounds silly right? one step leads to another -- this happens a lot in reality and I'd much rather enjoy my games without the realism.

Just to let you know, I see more revealing outfits when going to the beach. This is in no way pornographic... And Mesmers can do way worse (the well-known mix of Rogue + Kurzick for example)

I think this would be a great outfit for Rangers. It kind of looks like female Druid armor
